We hope you will be totally happy with your purchase at Miller Design + Gifts but in case you need to return here are the guidelines to follow-

  • You have 7 days from the day of receiving your order to start the return process.

  • Please contact us to explain details of your return by email and to request a Return Authorization Number to include with your return.

  • Once we have received your return in the original packaging and carton it arrived in and there is no damage we will assess at that time if the item is returnable.

  • If it is returnable we will happily accept the return and refund to you the amount paid for it, minus shipping fee’s you incurred originally.

  • Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer at this time, unless the customer received defective merchandise. Then we will issue a prepaid return label for you to return it to us.

If the product arrived defective to you, we require the maximum time to report to us in the 7 days receipt as mentioned above. Also, photos of the outside of the carton and of the product itself must be submitted for review.

If the time frame goes over the 7 day limit to report, and we have established a return is acceptable then the credit that is due to the customer; will be as a store credit.
