The word artists can be interpreted by their accomplishments with a variety of talents.
This month we applaude the artist of the season, Master Chocolatier + Pastry Chef; Christopher Curtin of Eclat Chocolate in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Why do we say season you ask? To answer, his contributions with the assistance of his culinary and marketing sales team have proven their exceptional attention to detail in every capacity of running an esteemed chocolate company. Every season, they raise the bar. Starting in February, Valentine's Day, and hitting the calendar events throughout the year an then ending, with the Holiday / Christmas season!
Now, let's take a real look at some of his artistry in the Bahaus inspired Cube Collections. The Bourbon Pecan Cube is one perfect modernist composition in this collection. Some other delicious flavors, are Coffee + Vanilla, and Roasted Banana + Peanut! Now if those flavors do not evoke a yearning for them, I don't know what will.
Another fabulous collection is The Mondiant. The image featured here is of the Mondiant Assorted which is my favorite; because "variety is the spice of life", right?! This thoughtful detailed experience is evident in every multiple layer in opening and revealing the artful designed discs awaiting you.The flavors include caramel, cacao nib, peanut butter, and hazelnut. They are delicate creamy discs of wonderfulness. The collection is designed for those in mind that appreciate architecture and design with discerning taste as well.
Chef Curtin, is an innovative chocolatier, with a refined palate of taste. His, artistry not only is apparent in fine chocolate creations, but in the package making an artful appearance for these delectable morsels. Even, his signature logo font for Eclat is impressive, with silver lettering. We applaude you Christopher Curtin and all that you and your team do!!
