Our trip began in Paris, France in late September, 2023. What a joyous trip it was as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary accompanied by our entire family at certain destination points along the way.
In Paris, we explored modern elegance and historical charm at the Palais Royal Restaurant. The featured imagery is the dining area outdoors during warm weather months. A glimpse of the interior of the restaurant is shown on the Home Page and below. The exquisite interior that is shown in this photograph is where we were seated upon arrival for our special celebration. It was perfection....magnifique'!

Philip Chronopoulos
A two-star chef at the Palais Royal Restaurant, his signature is his unique identity, a marriage of his Greek origins and his training in French gastronomy at the Paul Bocuse school.
A member of Joël Robuchon's close guard, Philip Chronopoulos stands out for his successful experiences in prestigious and demanding establishments before taking over the kitchens of the Palais Royal Restaurant in 2015. After obtaining his first star in 2017, he was awarded his second in 2022.
In 2020 and then in 2023, he expanded his territory and also became Executive Chef of the Nolinski addresses in Paris and Venice, as well as of the Palais Royal Venezia.
